Our team of dedicated counsellors and mentors specialise in assisting people just like you with a wide variety of needs. We offer various types of counselling and support, including bereavement, pregnancy, and relationship counselling. We also offer dedicated couples and family therapy to help repair and strengthen family relationships. We assist in relieving and rehabilitating persons suffering from mental disorders or conditions of emotional or mental distress through the provision of support, education, advocacy, and practical advice.
OUR SERVICES
Our current services include: Counselling, Bereavement Coaching, Domestic Abuse Support, Mentoring, Alcohol & Substance Misuse Support, Befriending, and Pregnancy Counselling. Click here for more information regarding our services.
Beyond counselling and our specialised areas of support, we also offer mentoring across a wide variety of needs. Our mentoring system is based around identifying the individual needs of the mentee and pairing them with a mentor to help them to develop certain skills. The most common mentor relationships offered in the past, include support with schooling, assistance in applying for jobs, CV and resume writing assistance, and job interview skills and preparation. Our mentors have been highly successful in helping people to create strong CVs and hone their job interview skills.
